- Job Description:
– Professionally requesting and collecting documents from clients in a timely manner
– Following up, guiding and assisting clients at every stage of the documentation process
– Reading, analyzing, writing in English for complete the file
– Assisting the lawyers in building strong and convincing files for clients
– Keeping track of each file’s progress, preparing for subsequent steps and giving the timely support.
- Requirements:
– Experienced in the processing in the fields of immigration, visa process, investment, banking, finance or customer service is a plus.
– Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
– Language: Proficiency in English
– Good at analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making
– Good use of computer office software (Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat…)
– Working location: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
